How to use Azpects EASYJoint Porcelain Prepare the area – Make sure your slabs and joints are clean, clear and completely dry. Pour the contents – Start by pouring the sand over a small area of porcelain paving. Sweep into place – Using a broom, sweep the sand into the joints until it sits just below the paving surface. Compact the joints – For best results, gently compact the sand in the joints and top up if necessary. Remove any excess – A broom or leaf blower can be used to remove any excess sand. Water the joints – Water each joint for 15-20 seconds until saturated. Be careful of overwatering – stop if the joint starts to foam. How long does EASYJoint Porcelain take to dry? EASYJoint Porcelain jointing compound can take 24 to 48 hours to fully dry. You should allow it to completely dry before exposing it to rain, so keep it covered if wet weather is forecast.
